Three capsules three times a day sounds like a lot, but the 1215 mg per serving makes it easy to just set a reminder with lunch and dinner. I've been taking them with food for about two weeks now and honestly feel a bit more steady energy through the afternoon.

The 1215 mg per serving is right in line with what I was hoping for, and the capsules are easy to swallow. I've been taking them with lunch and dinner and feel like they're a solid part of my routine now.
