I've been taking these with breakfast instead of coffee on deadline days and the two-capsule dose is enough to keep my mind from drifting by mid-afternoon. Fatigue feels noticeably lower by the time I'm wrapping up reports.

The two-capsule dose with lunch is my go-to now—it genuinely cuts that heavy, post-meal brain fog without making me feel jittery. I’m getting through my entire task list without the usual 3 p.m. crash.
