Alive!® Women's Complete Multivitamin

I’ve noticed a real difference in my energy levels since starting these—the high potency formula seems to cover everything I need without having to take extra pills.

The tablet form was what sold me since I got tired of chalky chewables. Been taking it with breakfast for six weeks and my energy through the afternoon slump has genuinely leveled out. Having 100% daily value of 20 vitamins in one pill keeps my routine simple.

Switched to this after my old gummy vitamin left me dragging by 2pm, and the difference showed up within a week. Getting 100% daily value of 20 vitamins and minerals in one tablet is honestly why I stick with it.
