I keep a tin in my bag for the commute home, and it's genuinely helped me unwind before dealing with dinner chaos. The fact that they work within an hour means I can actually feel the shift happen, which is more than I can say for other things I've tried.

The 60-minute kick-in is no joke—I popped one during a panic spike before a presentation and felt my shoulders drop by the time I walked in. Tastes fine, works fast, and I actually left the house without my usual dread.

I kept a pack in my desk drawer for the days when meetings stack up, and the GABA effect kicked in right around that hour mark—my shoulders actually dropped. The lozenges dissolve slowly enough that I almost forget I'm taking one, which is exactly the point.
