The capsules are easy to swallow and I take them with my morning coffee instead of brewing tea—two in the morning and one at night fits my routine fine. Three weeks in, I feel a bit more balanced and calm without any jittery side effects.

I've been brewing mine as a tea by opening the capsules, and the traditional herbal tonic angle is exactly what drew me in. Two capsules three times a day is easy to keep track of, and it's become a calming part of my afternoon routine.

The capsule size is easy to swallow, which I appreciate since I take them twice daily with meals. Brewing the contents as a tea works surprisingly well, and the earthy taste grows on you after a few cups.
