Three weeks in and my sleep has been noticeably deeper, which is exactly what I hoped for from this traditional herb. The two-capsule routine is easy to stick with, and the 1,220 mg per serving feels like a solid, no-nonsense dose.

Two capsules a day is easy to remember, and the 1,220 mg per serving feels like a solid dose. I've been taking it for about three weeks now and I like that it's a simple, straightforward herb without a bunch of extra additives.

The 1,220 mg per two-capsule serving is easy to split across the day with my meals. I've noticed my energy feels steadier since adding this to my routine, and the capsules themselves are small enough to swallow without any trouble.
