I picked this up mainly for the memory and concentration support, and a month in I'm less foggy during afternoon meetings. The tablets are small and easy to swallow, which matters since I take them with breakfast.

Two weeks in and I actually notice I'm not blanking on names mid-sentence like I used to. The capsules are small and easy to swallow, which matters since I take them with my morning coffee.

My memory's been noticeably sharper at work since starting these, and the capsules are easy to swallow without any aftertaste. Even the fact that ginkgo trees have survived for millennia somehow makes me trust the consistency more.
