The konjac root fiber works exactly as advertised—I take two capsules before dinner and feel full with a much smaller portion. The capsules are easy to swallow and haven't caused any bloating, which surprised me given how fiber-heavy the supplement is.

The konjac root fiber here is incredibly dense, so a single capsule before meals genuinely keeps me full for hours. It dissolves easily in water without any weird aftertaste, which is more than I can say for other fiber supplements I've tried.

The konjac root is packed with fiber, so I’ve been taking it about 20 minutes before meals and it genuinely keeps me full longer. It’s a simple, no-fuss capsule that’s become part of my daily routine.
