مستخلص الريحان المقدس الموحد - تخفيض قرب انتهاء الصلاحية2

I’ve been taking these for about two weeks now and the standardized extract feels noticeably more consistent than the loose herb I used before. The short expiration date doesn’t bother me since I’ll easily finish the bottle in time, and the capsules have no weird aftertaste.

The capsules are easy to swallow and I’ve noticed a definite calmer baseline on stressful workdays after about a week of taking them daily. The adaptogen effect feels subtle but steady, which is exactly what I was hoping for.

Ended up with this because of the short expiration date, but the price was right and the capsules are potent. I’ve been taking one in the morning and the calming effect definitely helps with my workday stress.
