مستخلص الماكا المعياري

Third week in and I’ve stopped needing my afternoon slump pick-me-up, which honestly surprised me. The powdered root inside each capsule is fine with food, so taking one three times a day has been easy to fit around meals.

The capsule size is easy to swallow, which I appreciate since I take them three times a day with meals. After a couple of weeks, my afternoon slump doesn't hit as hard, and I'm getting through my workday with more consistent energy.

I started feeling noticeably more steady energy by the end of the second week, and taking it three times a day with meals fits easily into my routine. The capsules themselves are small enough that I don't dread my midday dose, which is a win.
