Kyselina alfa-lipoová

My energy levels have felt more steady since I started taking one with lunch, which makes sense since it's a coenzyme for metabolism. Been about three weeks now and the nerve tingling in my feet that I was worried about seems less noticeable.

I’ve been cycling these capsules with meals for about a month now, and the three-capsule daily dose fits easily into my routine without any stomach upset. My energy feels steadier through the afternoon, which I’m crediting to that coenzyme boost.

Started taking these after my doctor mentioned nerve support, and the capsule size is easy to swallow even with food. Three weeks in, my energy feels steadier through the afternoon, so I'll be reordering.
