Sibirisk Eleuthero Rod

I’ve been taking the three daily capsules before my afternoon slump hits, and the adaptogenic endurance effect feels noticeable without any jittery edge. The capsules are small enough to swallow easily, which matters when you’re doing this every single day.

Three capsules a day fits right into my routine, and I notice the eleutheroside content keeps me steady through afternoon slumps without any jittery crash. It's been about six weeks now and my endurance during workouts feels noticeably more consistent.

I've been taking the full 3 capsules each morning for about two weeks now, and my afternoon crash at work is noticeably less brutal. The capsule size is easy to swallow, which was my biggest worry with a new supplement. It's subtle, but I feel like my stamina on long walks has picked up too.
