Cáscara Sagrada

Two capsules before bed did the trick without that harsh cramping I’ve gotten from other laxatives, and the bark powder inside has a mild, earthy taste that’s easy to wash down. I’ve been using it twice a week for a month now and my digestion feels back on track.

The capsules are easy to swallow and I noticed gentle relief within a few hours of taking them, exactly what I needed for occasional constipation. It's nice to have a natural option that actually works without feeling harsh on my stomach.

I was a little skeptical about trying a bark-based supplement, but these capsules are easy to swallow and I didn’t get any stomach cramping. Took them before bed as the label suggests and felt gently relieved by mid-morning, no harsh urgency. It’s become my go-to when I need a little backup.
