Akar Cakar Setan

My hips and lower back have been stiff for years, and taking the two capsules with lunch and dinner has made a real difference in how I move by evening. The root powder inside is clearly potent, and I appreciate that the directions are simple enough to stick with daily.

I was skeptical about the two-capsule dosing, but it’s so straightforward I actually remember to take it with breakfast and dinner. The capsules are small enough that swallowing them isn’t a chore, which is my usual hang-up with herbal stuff.

Two capsules twice a day is easy to fit into my routine, and they don't leave any weird aftertaste. After about two weeks I've noticed my joints feel less stiff in the mornings, which is exactly what I was hoping for.
