Gummy Quercetin

I’ve been taking one after breakfast for three weeks now and the mild lemon flavor makes it feel more like a treat than a supplement. Having both quercetin and a full day’s worth of zinc in a single gummy is exactly the kind of simple routine I needed.

The lemon taste is genuinely pleasant—not that fake medicine flavor—so I actually look forward to popping these with my morning water. Getting my full zinc quota plus quercetin in one gummy makes the daily immune routine feel effortless.

I've been taking these after breakfast every day for a month now, and the lemon taste makes it feel less like a supplement and more like a treat. Knowing each gummy gives me both quercetin and my full daily zinc makes it easy to stay consistent.
