Customer Reviews (4.8 / 5 · 5 reviews)

Charlotte ★★★★★

Took the capsules three times a day as directed, and the tea-like calm afterward is noticeable without making me drowsy. The two-pill serving size is easy to swallow and doesn't leave any weird aftertaste, which I appreciate.

Hannah F. ★★★★★

I've been brewing the dried leaves into a nightly tea and the earthy taste has grown on me. Two capsules of the supplement form works well for my wind-down routine, and the quality testing gives me peace of mind.

Claire ★★★★★

Been taking these capsules as a tea alternative and the two-capsule dose is easy to swallow, no aftertaste at all. I've noticed a subtle calming effect about an hour after my morning dose, which makes the three-times-daily routine feel worthwhile. The bottle's quality testing info gave me confidence
