Pycnogenol® Premium Blend

I've noticed less swelling in my ankles since starting this supplement, and the three-tablet daily routine is simple to stick with.

My hands used to go cold on walks even in gloves, and about three weeks into taking these twice a day I noticed my fingers staying warm the whole time. The tablets are small enough to swallow without water, which is rare for me.

Taking it three times a day feels a bit much, but my circulation does seem better after a few weeks. Not a miracle, but a noticeable improvement.
