Alive!® 남성용 가든 구드니스TM 종합 비타민

I like that this men's multivitamin packs in fruits and veggies instead of just the usual vitamins, so I feel less guilty on days I skip a salad. The tablets are a bit big but go down fine with water.

Been buying these for about six months now and the fruit and veggie blend is what sold me — it's nice not having to stress about whether I actually ate enough greens that day. The tablets are on the larger side, so I split them with dinner instead of swallowing both at once.

The serving size lets me get a legit boost of produce in capsule form without juicing or prepping anything, which is perfect for my busy mornings. I've noticed it rounds out my diet on days when I skip meals, and I'm glad I don't need multiple pills for basic coverage.
