Ellie R. ★★★★★ Aug 21, 2026

Three capsules three times a day sounds like a lot, but the 1215 mg per serving makes it easy to just set a reminder with lunch and dinner. I've been taking them with food for about two weeks now and honestly feel a bit more steady energy through the afternoon.

Samuel D. ★★★★★ Aug 20, 2026

Started taking these about three weeks ago and the 3-capsule dose with meals fits my routine perfectly, no upset stomach at all. The organic label and 1215 mg per serving gave me confidence to stick with it daily.

Thomas L. ★★★★★ Aug 19, 2026

The 1215 mg per serving is right in line with what I was hoping for, and the capsules are easy to swallow. I've been taking them with lunch and dinner and feel like they're a solid part of my routine now.
