Shake well before each use.
For Daily Maintenance: Adults: Take 2 teaspoons (tsp) (10 mL) daily. Children 7 years of age and older: Take 1 teaspoon (5 mL) daily.
For Intensive Use: Adults: Take 2 teaspoons (10 mL) twice daily. Children 7 years of age and older: Take 1 teaspoon (5 mL) twice daily. Do not exceed recommended dose. Not formulated for children under 7 years of age.
