Violet Z. ★★★★★

Steeped two teaspoons in hot water for about five minutes and it worked gently but effectively within a few hours—exactly what I needed for occasional constipation. The dried leaves look fresh and whole, not crushed into dust, which I appreciate.

Timothy ★★★★★

Brewed a cup about an hour before bed and the gentle effect hit by morning, no cramping or urgency. The dried leaves are finely cut, so they steep quickly and the tea doesn't taste overly bitter. It’s become my go-to when travel messes with my routine.

Emma F. ★★★★★

Took it as a tea two nights in a row for some stubborn constipation and it worked gently within about eight hours, no cramping like I’ve had with other laxatives. The leaves are mild-tasting and easy to steep.
