Turmeric

The color is so deep and vibrant it almost looks fake, and the earthy aroma fills the kitchen the second I open the jar. I've been mixing it into my morning rice, and my stiff knees have felt noticeably looser by afternoon.

I’ve been adding a pinch to my evening tea for a couple weeks now and my knees don’t creak nearly as much when I get up from my desk. The root itself feels firm and fresh, not dried out like the stuff I’ve bought before. Definitely sticking with this one.
