Started taking two capsules daily with my morning tea, and the purple and white blossoms on the plant are a nice reminder of its natural origin. The capsules are easy to work into a routine, no aftertaste at all.

The capsule size is easy to swallow, which I appreciate since I take them every morning with breakfast. I've noticed my eyes don't feel as dry by the end of a long day staring at the computer screen, and the tea I make from the loose herb has a mildly pleasant, earthy taste.

My eyes feel less tired after a few weeks of taking these with my morning routine, and the capsules are easy to swallow. The plant’s purple and white blossoms are a nice touch to know I’m getting the whole herb, not just an extract.
