Flytande kokosolja

I've been drizzling this over popcorn and it melts right in without that heavy greasy feel. The coconut flavor comes through nicely without being overpowering, which I wasn't expecting from a liquid oil.

A spoonful in my morning coffee gives it this faint coconut aroma without any greasy film on top. It stays liquid right in my pantry, so no scooping hard chunks out of a jar. Three weeks in and I've stopped buying the solid stuff entirely.

Swapped my usual cooking spray for this and the flavor is noticeably cleaner, not greasy at all. It stays liquid right in the pantry so I don't have to wrestle with a solid jar every time I cook.
