Magnesiumkomplex

My calves used to cramp up around 3am and since starting this a month ago that's basically stopped. The 500 mg per serving is more than my old supplement had, and one capsule a day is easy enough to stick with.

Been taking this after leg day for about a month and the cramps that used to wake me up at night are basically gone. The 500 mg per serving means I only need one capsule instead of the handful of tablets I used to choke down.

Woke up with way less stiffness in my legs after two weeks of taking this with dinner. The 500 mg per serving is easy to split across the day, and the capsules don’t leave that weird metallic aftertaste I’ve had with others.
