Been taking this for about six weeks now and the difference in my skin is noticeable, less puffiness in the mornings. Capsules are easy to swallow and I haven't had any stomach upset, which was my worry with a new herb. Nice to find something with actual centuries of use behind it.

I'd been curious about gotu kola for a while since it's been used in Ayurveda for centuries, so I finally gave it a shot. Been taking it about a month now and my mind feels less scattered during the workday.

Three weeks in and the afternoon brain fog that used to hit around 2pm is noticeably lighter. I like that it's just a single herb with a long history in Ayurveda rather than some overcomplicated blend. The capsules are easy to swallow too, no aftertaste.
