รากมาร์ชแมลโลว์

After years of just using the candy version, it's nice to finally have the actual root on hand for teas. The dried pieces steep into a mild, almost earthy brew that coats my throat nicely during allergy season. Steeping a spoonful before bed has become a small ritual I actually look forward to.

I was excited to find the real root that old-fashioned marshmallows were made from, and it's comforting knowing this has been used for centuries. The quality looks great and I feel good adding it to my daily wellness routine.

The tea tastes mild and earthy, nothing overpowering. I mainly wanted it for throat comfort during allergy season and it does seem to coat and soothe. Two capsules a day and I'm happy.
