Primadophilus® Bifidus Probiotic

My stomach finally settled down about a week into taking these, and the four strains of Bifidobacteria and Lactobacilli seem to be doing their job. The small capsule is easy to swallow with breakfast.

I was skeptical, but after a few days of taking the 4-strain capsule, I noticed my digestion felt more regular and less sluggish. The morning bloating has definitely eased up too.

Two weeks in and my bloating after meals has calmed down a lot. I like that it packs 4 strains of Bifidobacteria and Lactobacilli instead of just one, and the small capsule is easy to swallow with breakfast.
