วิตามินซีกับโรสฮิป

I've been taking these two capsules with breakfast for about a month, mostly hoping to stop catching every cold my kids bring home. So far so good, and the rose hips in the formula is a nice bonus since I'd rather get it from a capsule than chew another tablet.

My skin has been noticeably less dry since I started these, and the rose hips add a nice natural source of vitamin C. I just take two with lunch.

I've been taking these with breakfast for a few weeks and my skin doesn't look so dull anymore, especially with the rose hips in there. Two capsules a day is easy to remember and I haven't had any stomach issues like I did with plain ascorbic acid.
