ADRENergize® Adrenal Support

The three-times-daily schedule took a couple days to get used to, but the adrenal cortex blend has genuinely smoothed out my afternoon crash since I started. My energy feels steadier, not like I'm riding a caffeine wave.

I've been taking the one capsule three times a day as directed, and my energy stays steady through the whole afternoon now instead of fading by three. The adrenal cortex formula feels like it's doing exactly what it's supposed to do.

Three weeks in and my afternoon crash is basically gone—the adrenal cortex in this formula seems to do exactly what it promises. The three-times-daily dosing is a bit of a routine, but the steady energy makes it worth remembering.
