Alive!® Max6 效能成人綜合維生素（無添加鐵）

I’ve been taking these for a few weeks now and the fact that there’s no added iron is perfect since I get enough from my diet. The energy boost is steady, not jittery, and I really appreciate that it includes the active methyl B-12 form.

These are huge pills, but I’m used to that with a multivitamin. I’ve noticed a real difference in my afternoon energy since starting this max potency formula, and the methyl B-12 is a nice touch since my body doesn’t process the other kind well.

Took these for a few weeks now and noticed my energy levels are steadier through the afternoon, especially since the formula skips the extra iron that usually upsets my stomach. The active methyl B-12 is a nice touch, though the tablets are a bit large to swallow.
