牛蒡根

These roots arrived clean and intact, and the first batch of tea I made was surprisingly smooth with no bitterness. I’ve already noticed my digestion feels steadier, and knowing the burrs are what help the plant spread makes it feel like a genuinely wild, traditional herb rather than something proce

The burrs on these roots are a good sign they’re the real deal, not chopped-up filler. I’ve been steeping it as a tea each evening, and it’s become a calming little ritual that I actually look forward to.

I've been adding this to my daily routine for about a month now, and the fact that it's harvested from a plant that grows wild across the world makes me feel like I'm getting something genuinely natural. The burrs on the plant are a cool reminder that it's the real deal, not some lab-made powder.
