Two capsules a day is easy to remember, and the 1,220 mg dose feels substantial compared to other herbs I've tried. I've been taking it for about a month now, mostly for general wellness, and I like that it's a straightforward traditional supplement without any weird additives.

Three weeks in and I’m noticing a steadier energy level through the afternoon, which is exactly why I picked these up. The 1,220 mg per two-capsule serving is easy to split with breakfast, and the capsules are small enough to swallow without any trouble.

I’ve been taking the two capsules each morning for about three weeks now, and the 1,220 mg per serving feels like a solid dose without any stomach upset. The capsules themselves are a standard size, so no trouble getting them down with my coffee.
