Fortify® Optima® 益生菌+益生元 50+ 900億

I was skeptical about needing a 50+ formula, but the inclusion of Bifidobacteria sealed it for me—that’s the strain my doctor mentioned declines with age. Took it every morning for two weeks and my digestion feels noticeably steadier, no bloating after meals.

After three months of use, the difference in my gut health is honestly night and day—my bloating is gone and I feel more regular than I have in years. The 90 billion culture count per serving really does the trick for my age.

My digestion feels noticeably smoother since I switched to this 50+ formula, and I like that it focuses on the bifidobacteria that drop off with age. The capsules are easy to swallow, which matters when you take them daily.
