白毛茛草

The earthy, slightly bitter taste is exactly what I got from this herb, and the powder is fine and consistent. Since I can only grow it in my shaded backyard patch, buying it ready-to-harvest saves me those five years of waiting. It’s become a steady staple in my tea rotation.

The five-year growing cycle really shows in the quality here—the dried herb is vibrant and aromatic, not the dusty stuff I've gotten elsewhere. I've been steeping it as a tea for a few weeks now and it's become a calming part of my evening routine.

Took a gamble on this after reading about how long it takes to cultivate—knowing it’s five years in the making makes the price feel fair. The dried root has that earthy, bitter bite I was after, and a little goes a long way in my morning brew.
