I've been blending a spoonful into my morning smoothie and the flavor is so subtle it doesn't overwhelm the fruit at all. It holds up fine for baking too, no weird aftertaste.

Used this for sautéing veggies at medium-high heat and it held up fine, no smoking or burnt taste. The smell is so faint I can barely tell it's coconut, which I actually prefer in savory dishes.

I was worried the coconut flavor would overpower my stir fry, but it's actually really subtle. It holds up fine sautéing at medium-high heat and I've already gone through half the jar.
