زيت الكتان العضوي سوبر ليغنان

The bottle has a nice nutty taste I actually don't mind off the spoon. I've been taking it with my morning yogurt for a couple weeks and my digestion feels more regular.

I was a bit hesitant about adding an oil to my routine, but this one has a clean, nutty taste that I actually look forward to in my morning smoothie. The lignan content was the main selling point for me, and the cold-pressed organic quality feels like it's worth the price.

The lignan content is noticeably higher than the plain flax oil I used to buy, and I like that it's organic. Only gripe is the bottle drips a bit if you're not careful pouring.
