パールスプロバイオティック女性用グミ3-in-1

I’ve been less bloated since starting these gummies, and the texture is soft and chewy—way easier to swallow than capsules.

I've been taking these every morning for about three weeks and my digestion finally feels less sluggish after meals. The berry flavor is mild, not that chalky vitamin taste I was bracing for, and one gummy a day is easy to remember.

These actually helped with the bloating I usually get mid-month, which is why I keep them on my desk. The gummy texture is a little chewier than I'd like, but the berry flavor covers up any probiotic aftertaste.
