I’ve been taking these for about a month now, three capsules with dinner each night, and they’ve been easy on my stomach even on an empty-ish day. The 1215 mg per serving feels substantial, and the capsule size is manageable to swallow. Definitely noticing steadier energy in the afternoons.

Three capsules with food three times a day feels like a lot, but the 1215 mg per serving makes it worth the routine, and my digestion has been noticeably steadier since I started. They're unflavored and go down fine with a meal, which is all I really ask for.

These capsules are easy to swallow and I notice a difference in my energy when I take them with meals as directed. The three-capsule serving is a lot to remember, but the 1215 mg dose makes it worth sticking with.
