I picked this up because my cardiologist mentioned hawthorn berries might support healthy blood pressure, and after a month my readings at my morning check have been steadier. The standardized extract is convenient too, just one capsule with breakfast instead of brewing dried berries.

Three weeks in and my afternoon energy dips aren't hitting as hard, which is honestly why I reordered. The standardized extract is a big selling point for me since plain hawthorn berry powder never felt consistent batch to batch.

My dad has been taking these for his heart health routine, and the capsules are small enough that he has no trouble with them at all. Even the red berry color of the powder inside is a nice reminder that it's a natural, traditional supplement. We've already reordered.
