Took these after a long weekend of yard work and the relief from that occasional overexertion was noticeable within the hour, no stomach upset like I've had with other options. The capsules are easy to swallow and I like that the sourcing is responsible, which matters to me.

The blister pack is easy to punch out, which I appreciate when I'm half-asleep and sore. I've been using it for weeks and the relief from that occasional overexertion is steady, not jittery like some other stuff I tried.

I've been reaching for these after long days in the garden, and the traditional pain relief from overexertion is noticeable within an hour. The capsules are easy to swallow and don't leave any weird aftertaste. Knowing the sourcing is responsible makes me feel better about taking it daily.
