ココナッツオイル

I've been taking these softgels for a couple weeks instead of measuring oil off the spoon, and the convenience alone sold me. Each one has 62% MCTs, so I'm getting the same thing without the greasy measuring mess. Downside is they're a bit big to swallow dry, but with water it's fine.

Coffee tastes way better with a spoonful of this instead of the powdered creamer I used before. The coconut flavor is subtle enough that it doesn't take over, and it blends in without any weird texture.

Popping one of these softgels each morning is way easier than digging coconut oil out of a jar, and I actually stick with it now. The 62% MCT content gives me a steady bit of energy without any weird aftertaste.
