I've been taking a spoonful of this with my evening tea and it mixes in without that heavy aftertaste I've had with other oils. The bottle arrived sealed tight and the oil itself smells fresh, not rancid like one I got last year. Only a couple weeks in but my skin feels less dry.

The cold-pressed thing actually matters here, you can tell it's not the cheap hexane stuff because it's got that deep golden color and a faint nutty smell. I take it for hormonal skin stuff and it's been way gentler on my stomach than the capsules I used to get.

I've been taking this for about six weeks and my skin is noticeably less dry, especially on my elbows and knees. The cold-pressed version smells a bit earthy, but it goes down easy enough mixed into my morning yogurt.
