黃耆根

I've been mixing this into my morning tea for about three weeks and the taste is mild enough that I barely notice it. As someone who's read up on traditional Chinese medicine, I like that it's just straight astragalus root with nothing else added.

I've been adding a scoop of this to my morning tea for about a month now, and it has a mild earthy taste that doesn't overpower the drink. As someone who catches every cold going around the office, I like having it as part of my routine.

The powder dissolves fine in hot water but leaves a bit of grit at the bottom of the cup unless I stir it again halfway through. Taste is earthy and mild, which I actually don't mind in my morning tea. Only four stars because the resealable pouch is a little fiddly to close properly.
