葫蘆巴籽

I've been taking fenugreek seed for a few weeks now as part of my daily routine, and I like that it comes from a whole herb rather than a lab. The seeds smell pretty strong when you open the bag, so I keep them in a sealed jar, but that's honestly expected with something this natural.

The seeds have a subtle, earthy aroma that's surprisingly pleasant. I've noticed a gentle shift in my energy levels since adding them to my morning routine, which feels more natural than the supplements I tried before.

I've been taking these fenugreek seeds for about a month to help with my milk supply and noticed a modest difference, though it wasn't overnight. The seeds themselves smell pretty strongly of maple, which took some getting used to in my tea.
