靈芝標準萃取物

The twice-daily dosing with food is easy to remember, and knowing this extract comes straight from China makes me feel connected to its traditional roots. It's become a steady part of my morning and evening routine without any fuss.

I appreciate that this reishi extract stays true to its traditional Chinese roots, and the standardized format makes dosing easy with my morning meal.

I've been taking these twice daily with breakfast for about three weeks now and my energy through the afternoon has been noticeably steadier. The capsules are easy to swallow and I haven't had any stomach upset, which was my main worry with a mushroom extract.
